Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods: Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt and notify us as soon as reasonably possible if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by you to us at:

You will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
We ask that you pack the item securely using the original packaging to return the goods and send it with the delivery note. If you received the item via Royal Mail, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return the goods.
Your Right to Change your Mind: Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. If you wish to receive a refund, please inform us writing to the address specified above or by email at email@example.com within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.
Goods must be returned by the Buyer and should be returned using the original packaging. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods within 30 days of cancellation and will be responsible for return postal charges. However, if the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.
In such circumstances the Buyer must (until the Seller has recovered the goods) take care of the goods at their expense and make them immediately available for collection. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. We can only accept returns of complete products, which are unused and in an "as new" condition.
For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our specialist courier service collect a large item from you to return to us. As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
