Munchy Seeds

Munchy Seeds were originally created by a New Zealand Granny to keep her grand children out of the sweetie jar! 

They are now successfully continuing the family tradition of carefully blending and gently roasting seeds to produce a deliciously nutrious nibble. These tasty snacks are:

  • Ideal for coeliacs, people with diabetes, vegetarians, vegans and those concerned with their health and nutrition; 
  • Naturally high in Iron, Vitamin E and Zinc; 
  • Gluten, Cholesterol and nut free;
  • Rich in protein and low in carbohydrates;
  • A good source of protein. Protein supplies amino acids, the building blocks that build, maintain and repair body tissues.
