Easy ways to get your five a day:

  • Have a glass of fruit juice or a fruit smoothie;
  • Add dried fruit, or berries, to your porridge and cereals;
  • Snack on fruit during the day;
  • Use a natural tomato salsa, or guacamole, as a dip.
