Peanuts
You'll need to allow us a bit of poetic licence here since strictly speaking, a peanut is a legume as opposed to a nut!

Peanuts are a good source of monounsaturated fats and contain oleic acid, the fat found in olive oil.

They contain resveratrol, the antioxidant also found in red grapes and red wine, which has been linked to a significant decrease in heart disease. While unable to boast an antioxidant content that can compare with the fruits highest in antioxidants, such as pomegranate, roasted peanuts do rival the antioxidant content of blackberries and strawberries.

Peanuts have anti-cancer effects and can also lower cholesterol levels if they are eaten in place of other high-fat foods. Peanuts are a good source of vitamin E, niacin, folate, protein and manganese.
