Low GI Sweetners
Refined sugar has no nutritional value. Not only is doing your body no good, it's also doing it harm.
Refined sugar builds up as glucose in the blood to such an extent that
much of it is eventually stored by the body. This stored glucose then
transforms itself into fat leading to weight gain.
Refined sugar also plays havoc with your energy levels, giving you a
quick boost followed by a huge slump, so a natural sweetner which is
low GI is a much better alternative.
