If you’re struggling to keep to your New Year resolution following that bitterly cold weather in January read on for some inspirational tips....

Then consider what is holding you back, is it you, your work commitments, family or friends? Get support from others – find a friend to exercise with, enlist your partner on a healthy eating plan or encourage your work colleagues to choose healthy biscuits for elevenses instead of chocolate ones.
Set yourself short term goals and congratulate yourself when you achieve small steps towards your longer term objective. If your aim is to eat more healthily then remember this equates to a balanced diet so combine nutrient packed foods such as seeds with “treat” ingredients.
