Make your Dad's special day by fetching his Sunday paper and accompany it with a little parcel of our home-made chocolate and peppermint crisps and a nice cup of morning tea!
Chocolate and Peppermint Crisps - Melt 300g of dark chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Line a baking tray with parchment and mix 1 tablespoon of Zylosweet with 2 tablespoons of Demerara sugar and a ½ tsp of peppermint essence. When the chocolate has melted, cool for 1 minute and mix with the sugars and peppermint, pour into the tray. Spread thinly and chill until completely firm. Snap into irregular pieces and serve in a small gift box or bag.
